Project Description

The conference focuses on the essential linkage between food and medicine and how we ought to examine themes related to this issue from a wide variety of angles. The conference scope is unique in bringing together scholars focusing on medicine or food with a comparative perspective and focusing generally on East Asia. A conference volume based on the best and most engaging papers of the conference will be produced. Both the conference and the published collections will have long-lasting impact on enhancing future research on the featured topics.
