Ms. Shuo Hua

Ms. Shuo Hua visited the University of Heidelberg’s Cluster of Excellence on “Asia and Europe in a Global Context” during September and December 2017. She audited courses, participated in workshops and seminars, and gave presentations while continuing to build her thesis entitled “A Mobile Art World: Exhibiting and Dealing Modern Chinese Ink Paintings in Hong Kong, 1945–1984.” Ms. Hua returned to HKU in early 2018 to continue her PhD studies while taking up another challenge — a teaching internship at the Academy of Visual Arts of Hong Kong Baptist University in the fall semester of 2019.
