Ethics and guiding principles enable us to make “right” choices, even when facing conflicting interests. In the money-centric financial industry, practitioners are often faced with such challenges. In a constantly evolving financial landscape, how do ethics play a role in guiding decision-making processes? Can finance professionals truly prioritize ethical behaviour in a competitive and fast-paced industry? Join us for a thought-provoking fireside chat where Bonnie Leung, Programme Director for HKU’s Master of Family Wealth Management, will discuss with Kenny Lam, CEO of Two Sigma Asia-Pacific, his views on this topic. Kenny shall share his real life experiences dealing with ethical dilemmas throughout his various positions in management consulting, wealth management, investment management, and corporate governance. This fireside chat promises to inspire reflection and dialogue on the importance of ethics and leadership in shaping a responsible financial industry.
