Getting To The Venues

The workshop and roundtable will be held at two separate locations, as indicated below:

To make your way to the two venues, please refer to the information provided below:


1.

By Public Transportation

Take the Island Line to the HKU Station. Make your way out of the station via Exit A2. Upon reaching the campus, walk along the University Street (which is a covered elevated walkway) and turn left at the Hui Oi Chow Science Building. Continue ahead from there and you will pass by the Runme Shaw and Run Run Shaw Buildings before finally arriving at 2nd floor of the Chong Yuet Ming Amenities Centre. Take the escalator to the 4th floor, and exit via the grey doors on your right. From thereon:

To get to Room T6, 1/F, Meng Wah Complex

Keep straight and locate the staircase on your left. Go up the flight of stairs and to find the escalator which will lead you to room T6.

To get to Lecture Hall, G01, G/F, May Hall

Keep straight and go through the set of red doors ahead of you. Turn left and you will arrive at a lift lobby. Take the lift to the 3rd floor, then follow the signs leading to May Hall.


2.

By Car

Guests attending the workshop and/or roundtable have the choice of entering the campus via the West Gate entrance on Pokfulam Road or Kotewall Road entrance. The nearest parking space available is located at the Meng Wah Complex, which is right behind the Chong Yuet Ming Amenities Centre. Additional spaces are also available at Knowles Building (please refer to areas marked with a “P” on the map).

Visitor parking charges are as follow:

For drop-offs or short-term parking of less than 30 minutes

Free of charge

For long-term parking of 30 minutes or more

HKD 30 per hour for the first 2 hours, and HKD 40 per hour for the 3rd hour and thereafter
